July 5, 2005 Wuhan University Chooses the Applanix POS AV 510 to Expand its Geospatial Research Capabilities
RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO – Applanix announced today that Wuhan University, one of the largest universities in China with a well established geomatics engineering facility, has purchased its industry-leading POS AV 510 (Position and Orientation System – Airborne Vehicles). The university’s School of Remote Sensing Information Engineering will be using the system on its RC30 aerial camera to expand its geodetic surveying, remote sensing and GIS data acquisition capabilities for geospatial research.
